To advance digital transformation and youth employment in Western Uganda, Tooro Kingdom and Maarifasasa Limited (MSL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the Tooro Digital Impact Hub, solidifying a five-year partnership dedicated to skilling, empowering, and digitally enabling thousands of young people across the Kingdom.
